📦 Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• • Unused and in original condition

  • With original packaging and tags intact

    The product must be:

     

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or used products are not eligible for return.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear / lingerie

• Used or washed products

• Products without original packaging

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

2. Share:

   • Order ID

   • Product photo/video

    

3. Our team will verify and approve the return

4. Pickup will be arranged (if available) or you may need to ship the product

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

   

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

   

• Refund will be issued via:

   

  • Original payment method OR

  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

   

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping may be:

  • Free (in case of wrong/damaged product)

  • Paid by customer (in other cases)

👉 Please contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

We will arrange replacement or full refund.
